Pinsami’s new line of frozen topped pinsa serves up something truly unique to the market.
Alongside the more classic topped pinsa options such as Margherita and Diavola, Pinsami is the first to offer topped pinsa with special toppings inspired by Roman cuisine, such as Cacio e Pepe and Carbonara, created with selected ingredients such as PDO Pecorino Romano cheese.
As well as the quality of the toppings, the secret to our topped pinsa lies in the base: a dough with a blend of three flours (wheat, rice and soya), high hydration and a slow rise, to guarantee a light pinsa that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Preparing Pinsami topped pinsa is quick and easy: just cook in the oven for only 8 minutes to enjoy all the flavour of a freshly baked topped pinsa.

HOW TO COOK
our Pinsa
To bring our pinsa to the table and achieve chef-worthy results, just follow these few simple tips:

1. Turn on the oven
Preheat the fan oven to 220°C. Meanwhile, allow the pinsa to thaw and remove the transparent film.
2. Place in the oven
Place the Pinsa in the oven, on the middle shelf, directly on the rack - no baking paper required! Don’t use a baking tray, to allow it to cook evenly on both top and bottom.
3. Wait and enjoy
Cook the Pinsa for around 8 minutes, depending on how crispy you like it. Take it out of the oven and enjoy your Pinsami Pinsa!Source of fibre, with wheat germ
The mix of seeds, bran and middling, and wheat germ add more flavour to the Wholemeal Frozen Pinsa enriching it. A tasty, high-fibre product with no added animal fat is the result!
