The dough of the Pinsa is extremely light and hydrated due to the three flours (wheat, soy and rice) resulting therefore in a digestible and crispy dough, moreover with no added animal fats or preservatives.
It can be baked directly frozen or thawed!
Wheat flour, water, rice flour, soy flour, rice semolina, dried wheat sourdough starter, extra virgin olive oil, salt, dried brewer’s yeast.
Sweet or Savoury, the Frozen Pinsa Crust can be a gourmet recipe for your table, or you can use it as a tasty bread simply by adding oil and rosemary!

Source of fibre, with wheat germ
The mix of seeds, bran and middling, and wheat germ add more flavour to the Wholemeal Frozen Pinsa enriching it. A tasty, high-fibre product with no added animal fat is the result!
Wheat flour, water, toasted soft wheat bran and toasted soft wheat middlings (3.6%), rice flour, soy flour, rice semolina, dried wheat sourdough starter, extra virgin olive oil, salt, toasted wheat germ 0.6%, rye grains, brown flax seeds, sunflower seeds, golden flax seeds, wheat grains, dried brewer’s yeast.
It will become a favourite for all of you that prefer wholemeal products, and a pleasant surprise for those of you that prefer classic flavours.
As appetizer served with just oil and salt, but also ideal for your finest savoury or sweet recipes!
