Two frozen Pinsa crusts are inside each package, and they go perfectly with every sweet or savoury ingredient. The dough of each Pinsa crust is prepared with a mixture of high-quality flours: wheat, soy and rice flour, and without any animal fats.
Besides being a vegan product, the Pinsa comes in two versions: Classic and Wholegrain.

The dough of the Pinsa is extremely light and hydrated due to the three flours (wheat, soy and rice) resulting therefore in a digestible and crispy dough, moreover with no added animal fats or preservatives.
It can be baked directly frozen or thawed!
Wheat flour, water, rice flour, soy flour, rice semolina, dried wheat sourdough starter, extra virgin olive oil, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate 0.007 %), dried brewer’s yeast.
Sweet or Savoury, the Frozen Pinsa Crust can be a gourmet recipe for your table, or you can use it as a tasty bread simply by adding oil and rosemary!

The mix of seeds, bran and middling, and wheat germ add more flavour to the Wholemeal Frozen Pinsa enriching it. A tasty, high-fibre product with no added animal fat is the result!

HOW TO PREPARE OUR PINSA
Few steps and little time are needed to prepare the Pinsa Pinsami:
1. Turn on the oven
Turn on the oven at highest temperature and prepare your Pinsa Pinsami: now it is time to choose your preferred ingredients and decide how you want to garnish it! Traditional, simple or even sweet!
2. Toppings
Now that the oven has been preheated, prepare the toppings for Pinsa with simple ingredients, for example, tomato and mozzarella. We advise you to add the last ingredients, such as cold meats and cheeses, out of the oven: in this way you will get a simply perfect result!
3. Bake
Put the Pinsa Romana in the oven, on the middle oven rack, directly on the grill! Do not use the baking tray, so it will cook evenly on the top and the bottom. We're almost there, what a delicious aroma!
