  • 2 Pinsami Mini Pinse
  • 8 slices of sliced roast chicken
  • Lamb’s lettuce
  • Matured cheese
  • For the Caesar dressing:
  • 4 Tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon of anchovy paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons of grated aged cheese
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Pepper

Description

A tasty Mini Pinsa topped with the delicious Caesar salad dressing, originally from Mexico but famous worldwide. With its delicate flavour, Caesar salad pairs well with a variety of breads. Try this Casear Salad Pinsa! It’s quick to prepare and perfect for adding flavour to your lunches and dinners.

You’ll see how easy it is to prepare and bite after bite, you’ll be won over by the crunchiness and taste of this recipe!

Preparation:

  1. Cook the Mini Pinsa in an air fryer at 200°C (390°F) for 3 minutes on each side.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the Caesar Salad dressing by mixing the mayonnaise, anchovy paste, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, and grated garlic clove. Whisk together and grind in plenty of black pepper, then mix well and set aside.
  3. Grate shavings from the aged cheese and cut the lettuce into strips.
  4. Cover the Pinsa with a layer of dressing, lettuce, slices of roast chicken, and cheese shavings.
  5. Finish with a few more clumps of Caesar Salad dressing.
