Custard Pinsa

Ingredients

  • 1 Pinsami Pinsa
  • 1 Apple
  • 15 g Brown sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 250ml Milk
  • 1 egg
  • Thyme
  • 1/2 Vanilla pod
  • 30g 0 flour
  • Sugar
  • Lemon peel

Description

With Pinsami, you can satisfy every kind of hunger with ease – even those sudden sweet cravings that strike when you least expect them! To satiate it, try our Custard Pinsa.

  1. In a small saucepan prepare the custard. Pour in the milk, egg, sugar, and flour, then whisk vigorously until well combined. Then add the vanilla pod and lemon zest.
  2. Transfer to the stove and cook for 5-6 minutes, removing the peels and vanilla pod halfway through cooking. Keep stirring until the custard has thickened.
  3. Once cooked, let it cool. In the meantime, cut the apple into 4 parts and then into slices.
  4. Place apple slices in the pan and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Cook for a couple of minutes until the sugar has dissolved.
  5. Spread the custard on the Pinsa, add the apples in a fan shape.
  6. Bake in a preheated fan oven at 250°C (480°F) for 5-6 minutes.
  7. Strain and finish with a few sprigs of thyme.
