Prepare a scary treat that will add an original touch to your buffet and make everyone exclaim: ‘Trick or treat?’
For the pumpkin:
- First peel the Delica pumpkin and dice it. Then season it with a little oil, salt, and a few sage leaves. Cook in an air fryer at 200º C for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Once cooked, remove the sage leaves, transfer the pumpkin to the blender jug, and puree.
For the pinsa:
- Cut the pinsa into 4 parts and cook in an air fryer at 200º C for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
- Take a frying pan, add a little oil and cook the chicken burgers 2-3 minutes per side.
- Cut a slice of Asiago cheese and divide it into 4 triangles
- Cut the olives in half horizontally and stuff the inside with a diced pepper. Then pierce each half with the end of a toothpick.
- Place two pieces of Pinsa upside down and stuff them with the pumpkin puree. Add the burger, a slice of Asiago, and two more triangles to make the teeth. Finally, add some sliced gherkins.
- For the finishing touch, use the two toothpicks with olives to make the eyes.
