Pinsa Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 Pinsa Pinsami
  • 200g tomato puree
  • 100g yellow tomatoes
  • 10 Sundried cherry tomatoes in oil
  • 2 Tablespoons kalamata or black olives
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Mixed herbs (basil, oregano)

Description

Run out of ideas for lunch? Short on time? Here’s a quick and wholesome Bruschetta pinsolution to never compromise on flavour!

1) Top the Pinsa base with the previously salted tomato puree, add a drizzle of oil, and sprinkle with oregano.
2) Bake the pinsa in a preheated fan oven at 250°C (480°F) for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes in oil into strips and the yellow tomatoes into wedges.
3) Take the pinsa out of the oven and add the prepped tomatoes. Add the olives and finish with a drizzle of oil, oregano, and a few basil leaves.

Your Pinsa Bruschetta is ready to be enjoyed!
