Finishing your meal with Pinsami is easy! Try this refined Pinsa in a sweet version with lemon mascarpone and flavored grapes.
Let’s start:
- In a pan, roast the deseeded grapes with honey and a few sprigs of thyme.
- Wilt for 5 minutes, and once ready, turn off the heat. In the meantime, bake the Pinsa in a 480°F (250°C) fan oven for 5-6 minutes. Then, take it out and let it cool.
- In a bowl make the lemon mascarpone. Process the mascarpone with the vanilla, grated lemon peel and sugar.
- Whip the cream and gently incorporate it into the lemon mascarpone.
- Cover the bases with lemon mascarpone cream, top with grapes, and garnish with a few sprigs of thyme.
