- Take the pumpkin, cut it and remove both the outer skin and the inner seeds. Once you have obtained the pulp, cut it into cubes.
- Transfer the pumpkin cubes to a lightly oiled pan and sauté until the pumpkin has taken on color and begun to soften. Once the pumpkin cubes are ready, transfer them to a bowl and blend into a cream using a blender or hand mixer.
- Take the Pinsami Pinsa and top the base with the room temperature pumpkin cream. After that, distribute the mozzarella and raw sausage by breaking them up to taste on the Pinsami Pinsa.
- Once seasoned, bake the Pinsami Pinsa in a fan oven for 5 minutes at 250°C.
