Halloween is frightfully good when you have Pinsami at home! Just let your imagination run wild and dress as a mummy your pinsa base with your favourite ingredients.
1) Top the pinsa base with the previously salted tomato puree.
2) Sprinkle with oregano and a drizzle of oil before baking in a preheated fan oven at 250°C (480°F) for 5 minutes.
3) In the meantime, cut the scamorza cheese into strips and slice the olives into 12 rounds to use as the mummies’ eyes.
4) Take the pinsa out fo the oven and cut it into 6 slices Cover with the scamorza strips, crossing them over.
5) Finish the mummies with the eyes.
