  • sautéed prawns
  • Pepper

Description

Prepare the asparagus cream, that you will use to top the Pinsa, with the spears, and keep the tips aside. Add a little bit of mozzarella and a trickle of olive oil, then bake for 5 minutes at 250 C°.

Once the Pinsa is baked, top the dish with the asparagus tips, sautéed shrimps, mozzarella shreds, pepper, parsley, lemon zests and a little bit of olive oil.
