Pinsa with Grilled Nectarines and Burrata

  • 1 Pinsa Pinsami
  • 1 Nectarine
  • Lamb’s lettuce
  • 150 g Burrata
  • Bronte pistachios
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Rosemary
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Pink pepper
  • Salt

Description

Did you know that the sweetness of grilled nectarines goes great with burrata cheese and pistachios? See to believe it, in just 5 minutes, lunch is ready!

  1. Start by slicing the nectarine. Heat the grill and arrange the nectarine slices along with the rosemary. Grill on both sides.
  2. Bake the pinsa in a preheated fan oven at 250°C (480°F) for 5 minutes.
  3. Cover with the lettuce and add chunks of burrata, the grilled nectarines, whole and chopped pistachios, and pink pepper. Finish with a pinch of salt, a drizzle of oil, and balsamic vinegar.
