- Start by slicing the nectarine. Heat the grill and arrange the nectarine slices along with the rosemary. Grill on both sides.
- Bake the pinsa in a preheated fan oven at 250°C (480°F) for 5 minutes.
- Cover with the lettuce and add chunks of burrata, the grilled nectarines, whole and chopped pistachios, and pink pepper. Finish with a pinch of salt, a drizzle of oil, and balsamic vinegar.
