To honor this ancient recipe, we bring you Pinsa Strudel, quick and easy to make for those who never want to give up the taste of the Alps!
Start by creating the strudel filling, then add it to the Pinsa Pinsami with diced golden apples, raisins, cinnamon, a little bit of sugar and toasted pine nuts.
After that, arrange the Fuji apple slices cut in half, sprinkle some brown sugar and bake for 5 minutes at 250°.
